On the very expensive side, Lasts about 6 to 7 hours on skin, on clothes it lasts all day and then some. So not be fooled by the menthol smelling comments, the newer batches do not smell like menthol at all. The smell is great to my liking, it's fresh, masculine, subtly luxurious. I'm happy with this purchase, the smell is something else I've never had before, if you can afford this you know you won't be smelling like everyone else...

Ok, I bought Parfums De Marly Layton mainly because of a pretty YouTuber named Demi Rawling. She uploads videos explaining to people which fragrances are her favorites, and what fragrances are best for certain occasions. Layton is her favorite. My olfactory sense is not that sophisticated, so I'm not going to break down the notes. But, I can tell you that Layton has a unique, terrific scent! It does smell good. On my skin a get a good solid 10 hours.

For a blind buy I'm happy with the juice in the bottle. I just don't know if what I received is authentic or not since my box looks way different from the other layton boxes I've seen online.
